Little Warriors - Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Our youth classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. A gi is required for this class, which is open to anyone between the ages of 3 and 12. This class teaches basic BJJ and self-defense, as well as providing anti-bullying tactics and school-appropriate "rules of engagement".
Little Warriors - Kids Muay Thai
This class is for the Little Warriors. It is a striking class, teaching punching and kicking techniques that are an excellent compliment to BJJ as a combat art. Muay Thai classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week.
Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Students 12 and over can attend jiu jitsu class Monday through Thursday of each week. A gi is required for all of the classes except the Wednesday evening class. This class covers the basics of BJJ, preparing you for both "real world" self-defense and your blue belt in BJJ. More challenging techniques are taught, preparing students for higher levels of competition and continued belt advancement.
Adult Muay Thai
This class is for adult students. It is a striking class, teaching punching and kicking techniques that are an excellent compliment to BJJ as a combat art. Muay Thai classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week.
Adult Cardio Kickboxing
This class is for adult students. This class is designed to work your cardio in a way that maximizes bodily change. More and more people are realizing that being fit and healthy are a must. Cardio kickboxing will help you meet that goal.
